The location of the property is fantastic, with a short walk to the village and beautiful walks nearby. The barn itself is characterful and cozy, with a log burner and a huge comfy sofa to relax on. The newly fitted shower room is lovely, and the kitchen is small but well-equipped. It's a hidden gem that offers tranquility and stunning views from the patio. The sheep curiously peeking through the window adds a unique touch.
It would have been even better if the overall cleanliness and furnishings were improved.

The cottage was really comfy and warm, perfect for our Easter break. The shower was great after a long day of hiking. Plus, the location was amazing, with easy access to town and beautiful hiking routes. We enjoyed the cozy and clean atmosphere of the cottage.
We did have a couple of issues. The kitchen tap didn't run very hot, making it difficult to clean the dishes properly.

The location of the cottage amidst the stunning Welsh valleys and fields was mind-blowing! Our little one was amazed by the adorable lambs greeting us from the bedroom window every morning. The hosts were super friendly and helpful, even providing extra stuff and a lift to the train station. The cottage itself was cozy and had everything we needed for a jaw-dropping family holiday. The comfy beds and sheets ensured we all slept like babies. We loved the friendly hosts, ideal location, and the peaceful, homely vibe. The well-equipped kitchen and log burner were fantastic, and the comfortable bed made for a great night's sleep. The short stroll into the village allowed us to explore and indulge in some delicious food. The peaceful and idyllic setting was perfect for morning walks in the farmers' fields and evening paddles in the nearby river - a real treat for the kids! The cottage's proximity to Betws-y-coed and activities like climbing Snowden, the Angelsey boat trip, and Velocity 2 zip wire made it an ideal base. The courtyard was lovely for evening meals with a stunning view of the hills. We highly recommend this cottage for action-packed holidays with teenagers and dogs. It was GREAT to escape the daily grind, enjoy the peaceful surroundings, and disconnect from the internet. The sheep surrounding the cottage added an extra touch of charm to our stay.
